ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ Spring Back is a 12-day programme of events and services designed to offer you as much support as possible during this crucial period of the academic year. It will run from Monday 29 March to Friday 16 April.
The events offer a wide variety of live and on-demand online learning, employability, health and wellbeing, social and fun activities that all students can enjoy, wherever you’re based.
The programme is centred on three themes most important to you – engagement, progression and achievement. You can also get in some high intensity work-outs, attend mindfulness sessions, take part in DSU's games night and much more.

Monday 29 March
- Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Andy Collop will be launching ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ Spring Back at 10am which you can view on our .
- Showing Stereotypes the Red Card: Women in Football – Members of the Leicester City Football Club Women’s team join us for a panel discussion where they will share their experiences as women in sport and answer your questions.
Tuesday 30 March
- Top Tips for Creating your Learning Space at Home – A session giving you practical tips on learning at home and encouraging you to reflect on your studying habits and preferences.
Wednesday 31 March
- Ace the Interview and Land the Job (final years only) – Exploring useful techniques and advice for job interviews to help you secure a grad job with minimal stress.
We encourage you to take advantage of everything on offer over the next three weeks to help your development both personally and professionally.
