ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥Engagement

ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥Engagement oversees a range of projects that make a positive impact within the local community. Through our work, we aim to enhance the student experience and to support the university’s knowledge exchange and real-life learning initiatives through consistent, meaningful engagement.

Our core focus is on supporting projects which address social challenges affecting the community in Leicester, which provide routes into global learning and the sharing of ideas.

The Community Challenge Fund

The Community Challenge Fund is our flagship programme of community engagement. We run two funding rounds every academic year, awarding grants of up to £2,000.00 to support projects which benefit the community in Leicester, and provide real-life learning opportunities for students.

If you are interested in applying, take a look at our information pack, for details of our funding criteria and the application process.
