Personal profile

I am a seasoned educator, an academician, a trainer, a chartered accountant and a mentor. I hold a diploma in computer science, BSc in applied accounting and Master of business administration. I am currently undergoing my PhD at the prestigious Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). I started my career as a banker in my home country in 2005 before relocating to Malaysia in 2009. I garnered audit experience between 2010 and 2013 in Malaysia and I have been a lecturer since 2011 with FTMS College, Malaysia (11 years teaching and research experience).

I took a lead role as a Global coordinator of Diploma in IFRS in many campuses of FTMS Global including Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, India, etc. As a Global coordinator, I was in Vietnam in 2016 to oversee the development and progress of the programme. I am a CERTIFIED Mentor for the BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting of the Oxford Brookes University (OBU, UK) since 2011. I have mentored several students across the world including the UK, India, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Ghana to mention but few. I played a principal role in the accreditation and delivery of Anglia Ruskin University (UK) (MBA) programme between 2012 and 2020. The programme was delivered in collaboration with FTMS College. I taught and supervised over 2000 MBA graduates of this programme with high pass rates.
