Dr. Danny Buckley is the Subject Leader for Executive Education and Apprenticeships and the Programme Director for Help to Grow: Management. Danny brings over 20 years of experience from the private sector in various areas, including sales, sales management, leadership, marketing, strategy and strategic development. Danny has worked across diverse range of industries, including automotive, construction, fashion, and sports. Dr Danny Buckley gained a PhD in Organizational Behaviour in January 2022.

Current research interests include organizational behaviour, sales management, informal work, values based leadership, student employability, research methods and critical realism.
